Design 
EDL was formed initially as an Engineering Services organization. As such, we have produced many different custom engineered systems for a broad array of customers. We allow our customers to pick and choose which services they require. From conceptual design to finished product, EDL provides the following capabilities to meet your needs:

Contract Manufacturing
From short run (less than 100 units) to medium volume production (1 million units annually) EDL provides the same level of service to each of its customers. We employ modern, automatic equipment for both through-hole and surface mount parts placement. When machine automation is not feasible (low volume / high mix), EDL has the trained staff of personnel to assemble your product manually.

We provide contract assembly services for the following:

Warranty Repair 
If you have a product in the field and need a warranty repair depot, we have the capabilities and experience to handle all of your needs. We provide in-house test and repair warranty services for a number of customers, with custom-designed test fixtures or customer-supplied test fixtures to insure product functionality.
