We assemble surface mount, through-hole and mixed technology boards in quantities ranging from prototypes to 100,000 per month employing automated assembly equipment. 

The items EDL produced for customers are used in LaserJet printers, display screens, defibrillators, copiers, automobile engine computers, ships, cell phones, wind tunnels, medical instruments, computer projection products and a number of state-of-the-art systems.

 We also assemble mechanical products such as oxygensensors, temperature sensors, and electronic control modules, and repair or refurbish both mechanical and electronic systems. We have established a high quality support infrastructure which provides screen printing, sheet metal fabrication, surface treatment, and other services. When machine automation is not feasible (low volume / High mix), EDL has the trained staff of personnel to assemble your product. For low-volume mixed (smt/through-hole) and through-hole assemblies we use a standard slide-line approach.
