EDL is the leading electronics contract manufacturer in the Southeast Virginia region with demonstrated expertise for turnkey assembly and testing of printed circuit boards. We assemble surface mount, through-hole and mixed technology boards in quantities ranging from prototype to 100,000 per month employing automated assembly equipment.
The items EDL produces for customers are used in LaserJet printers, display screens, defibrillators, copiers, automobiles, ships, weapon systems, cell phones, wind tunnels, medical instruments, high reliability military applications and a number of state-of-the-art systems.
We also assemble mechanical products such as oxygen sensors, temperature sensors, and electronic control modules. We repair or rework both electronic and mechanical systems. With an established, high quality support infrastructure, we can provide screen printing, sheet metal fabrication, surface treatment, and other mechanical machining .
